Show n Tell February 2014

This is a beautiful handbag made by Frances H. for a friend at work.

Francis H. has put her talents to great use and transformed a nightie from dull to a work of art!

Rosie G. has produced another quilt made from Canteen scarves

Rosie g. has made this rugby Quilt for a friend.

Audrey T. has finished this lovely Christmas Table runner.

Another by Audrey. She showed this in December but has now added the border.
It is for her Granddaughter.

Audrey picked up this lovely backing material for her jandel quilt from spotlight. It is umbrellas.
 
This beautiful Japanese wall hanging was made by Jeanette C. for her neighbour.
 
Diana has completed this lovely cream & apricot lap quilt. It was quilted by Veronica.

A "Deer in Forest" panel has been hand stitched by Diana. Well done.

Diana was busy over the holidays. This is a Christmas table runner.
 
Maureen G. has finished her Cabbage Tree Hanging made in a Claire Smith class late last year.
It looks beautiful.

Show N Tell December 2013

Judy A. stitched this beautiful sampler in pale greens and other soft colours.

 
Rosie G. showed her glass paper weight made at Chronicle Glass Wanganui.

Rosie also made this quilt for her Daughter's 4th Birthday. Love the owls for the border.

Janice D. showed the Child's Quilt that she ran in our newsletter as a block of the month.

A wall hanging by Janice in soft burgundy colours to match her daughters lounge.

Carey made this quilt from a jelly roll. Beautiful colours.

This is a beautiful quilt in jewel type colours. A work in progress, it is a very long quilt to accommodate the Husband 6ft 7ins. Keitha had to stand on a chair to help hold it up!
