We had a great turn out for the 1st meeting of 2016, but I do not think a lot of quilting was done over the holiday break. But here is the 1st for show n tell and it is a lovely cream & burgundy quilt by Sonia.
Rosie has made this from a kit through Grandmother's Garden. It is called Japanese Fans.
This very colourful hanging is by Carol B. She started it at the Nelson Symposium.
Veronica has completed a felt cushion which she started at the Kimbolton retreat.
She also finished this lovely Houses Quilt. an oldie but very much a favourite.
Veronica is one of the few members that has been busy quilting! This is her wall hanging of "My Winter Garden" A Greit Lombard workshop C.O.Q. had.
Maureen has also completed her "My Winter Garden"

Lesley has put her squares onto a canvas. Very effective.
Jenny r. has nearly finished her "My Winter Garden" hanging.
Lesley also made small versions for Christmas presents. I am keen to complete mine now!!
