May Show n Tell

the theme for this month  was Pink for Pink ribbon Month.

 

This is called Fabric Bouquet and is a scrap quilt by Trish Souness.


Butterfly Girl by Trish and was made at a COQ retreat in 1990'
Carol Burgess made this apron from 2 FQS.
A double Wedding Ring table runner made by Carol and was made in a class with Carol Karl many years ago.
Grandmother's Fan by Veronica.  It was made for her Mother who has now passed away and Veronica has inherited it back.
Flowers of Beauty applique quilt by Diana.


Frances with her Symposium Waistcoat.  It was made for the Palmerston North symposium in 2015. Frances was on the sub committee and they were asked to wear waistcoats.
This was a jelly roll present for Xmas in 2020 and Hester den Ouden said it was not her colour scheme but she made it up.
Flying Geese by Madeline McCrea.  this was made about 30 years ago when she started quilting.
and another by Madeline.  She won it in a raffle at COQ.
This was a mystery quilt designed by Sheila Christensen and is in Tula Pink colours by Sue.
Stepping stones, Wyatt's Quilt and is by Sue another in Tula Pink colours.

Card Trick by Helen P.  This was made using up scraps.
  
 

This on is called Oma's Pantry and is by Hester den Ouden..  Hester always wanted to make one and it took her 2 years to find all the material.
This one is called Interconnected quilt, and is by Belinda Morgan.  This was made for her godmother, who is very dear to her and is super warm and snuggly.
Hexie 2. is by Sue Elliot and is a EPP quilt, Pattern by Katje Marek.
Floral Hexie and was made by Sue's Mum, Kathleen Elliot and has been finished off by Sue.
