Southern star by Annette. A BOM fromAimees homestead done in Christmas colors. She had enough after 5 blocks so added boarders to make it a throw quilt for Christmas



Stuarts quilt by Annette another BOM from Aimees homestead. Black/white/bright changed for mottled brown. Made some extra blocks to increase size.Custom quilted by Lesley Ororke of Quarryburn Quilting Napier



As yet un named by Annette,quilted by Lesley Ororke Napier. Several left over blocks,chose sanother color,set new blockes and finished with a complimentary sashing. Her sister said "Its very bright"

October show n tell

Tree of Life by Jenny. Started in 2019 as a block of  the month from Foxs cottage.Foxton and finished this year during lockdown.




Pansies by Judy. Made foe herself and has taken many years, one of  her UFO's from the cupboard.

Christmas tree skirt by Judy, she saw this at a Melbourne quilt show a few years ago, made a few changes with it.She made it for her daughter.



Dolly and Me by Judy. Bought a pettern as a block of the month quite a few years ago,thought she had better get on with it as her granddaughter is now 5 and will want it on her bed when she stays with Granny.
 

August show n tell

A Touch of Gold .by Heather and Quilted by Helen. She made this to use up some of her 5in squares that all had gold in the fabric.She paired them up to m ake 4 patches, a good way to use half square triangles.

Double Pinwheel by Frances. This quilt is from an Eleanor Burns pattern made in 2005, She used the same pattern on some 1930's fabrics which is now 2 knee rugs for the wheelchair donation.
