This lovely Christmas table cloth is off to Australia for Barbra's Daughter.

Madeline has completed her Mary Transome symposium project. Well done.

Pat has made a lovely pansy quilt, Beautiful colours
.

This quilt was made by Alison and she attended a Griet Lombard class at Symposium.

Carol has stitched a lovely Christmas wall hanging.  She enjoyed it so much she has made one for all her family!!

Veronica has made a brilliant Star Wars quilt for her twin Grandson.

And of course she has had to make a second quilt. Her other twin Grandson is mad on Lions. A beautiful quilt.

Maureen has made these beautiful leaf placemats. they are very striking.

Maureen converted a "Paper Doll" quilt panel into an activity book.

Griet Lombard held a workshop recently for our club and these are a selection of some of our work. Some of us have only achieved a few blocks so far but others have really excelled themselves!!  It was called "My Winter Garden" and we all loved the class.

Lidy showed us how she has made her blocks into mini postcards.

A bonus of the class was that we used the fancy stitches on our machines. Some ladies had never used them before. Lesley showed us a sample she made up of the stitches on her machine, a very good reference tool!

Judy Ar. has made a bag to transport her stitchery projects.

At the end of our meeting Carol was presented with a plaque and a pot plant in recognition of her outstanding service to our club. "Congratulations" Carol.
