Show n Tell October 2016

 
 First up for the afternoon was Lesley's finished club block of the month, she has only used 9 of the 12 blocks and will make it into a wall hanging.
 
 
These lucky ladies had been to a  quilting retreat and one of the projects they completed was a rotary cutter holder.

Lynda showed us her Bugs Quilt which will be for her Grandson Liam.
 
 
This one is for Issie and is another baby quilt, Baby Dragons.
 
 
And Lynda has been very busy as she also showed us her two felted cushions.
 
 
Dianna has completed her NZ Block quilt and is very proud of her achievement of machine quilting. well done Dianna.
 
 
Maureen L. has been busy making Christmas presents. Lovely bright table runners.
 
 
Donna B. showed us her completed top, it was started in a Greit Lombard class our club had.
 
 
This quilt is by Donna and is a wedding Quilt for her family, Peter & Robyn who were married in Arrowtown. It represents the lovely church they were married in.
 
 
Veronica completed a Christmas table runner when she was at retreat recently.
 
 
Rae found this quilt top in her ufo pile and has made it into a cot quilt
 
 
Madeline has been busy making baby bibs and owl heat pads.
 
 
Heather M. has recently returned from a trip to Canada and made some quilting purchases while she was there.
 
Frances H. has started a new quilt in black & white. The ideas are from her Grandchildren's colouring in books
