May Show N Tell 2018

This is a fantastic Celtic Knot Wall Hanging by Bep.  She attended a class by Anna Wiliams

Another by Bep.  she bought the bag patter when she was in Melbourne at a quilt show and was very pleased to discover that it was a perfect fit for her Kindle!

This beautiful quilt, by Veronica D. is called Houses Houses Houses.  It is a pattern by Yoko Saita and Veronica has also hand quilted it.

A stack n wack quilt by Heather McL.  It is as yet unnamed and she can not remember who taught the class

This a journal cover that has been completed by Veronica D. It was started at a club retreat and was the Friday night project.

A lovely rugby quilt made by Jo B for her Granddaughter Hannah who is 9 years old and loves playing for Kaierau Rugby Club

"Chocolate Berries" a wonderful name for this beautiful quilt by Frances H.  she sourced the pattern from a Quilters Companion magazine.  Borders are still to be added.

Donna B. has made this child's quilt for no. 3 Grandchild, Isaac.  she has called it "Perry Penquin" 

A reading pillow made by Carolyn B. for a little girl who shifts houses every week between parents and she can put her favourite book inside.

Rosie N. has made numerous little picture books for her Grandchildren.

The theme for this month was  wedding or celebration in honor of the Royal Wedding coming up

"Wedding Ring" Quilt by sue E.  Made for her son & daughter in law for their wedding 2 years ago and now finally finished it!!

 40th Wedding ruby Anniversay wall hanging by Jenny R.   She made it for her Husband, Rob, 5 years ago and it will be their 45th Anniversary this month. She said  she hopes Harry does 45 years!!!
