Our club hosted a workshop on Boro stitching and these are the results. Lovely work and Margaret was the tutor for the day.

"Cat Bag" pattern by Jenny Hunter from Plume arts Levin. Bep saw the pattern on the way to our annual retreat and could not resist buying it.
Robot hand bag by Donna who copied Frances because she could, at retreat, and the other bag is by Francis "Paris Hand Bag" pattern supplied by Carol at their recent retreat at Papaiti.
Corderza Cross body Bag, pattern from Country Cow Designs and made with faux leather by Carol.
Selvage Bag by Madeline, she decided to start using up her selvages. wonderful idea.
Sue Elliot made this cushion cover, it is called Michelle Hills William Morris Cushion.
A Table Runner by Carol Burgess, the pattern was purchased at Quilter Lane.
"Oliver's bedtime cats" by Mary Barker and is for a surprise for her step Grandaughter who is about to be 2yrs and loves cats.
Rosie made this Baby Quilt just because she loved the colours and is for no one special, I'm sure she will find a good home for it!
Dragon Fly by Donna Bradley was made in a Jacqui Karl class.
Happy Hippo, by Donna was made from a "bug art" greeting card.
"Spoon full of sugar" by Donna and was a BOM, pattern by Linda Guy and is hand pieced in wool and cotton.

"Summertime" made from a drawing of her outside chairs and was part of a challenge block from a Greit Lombard class, 2015. made by Frances.
"Left over Tabasco Sauce" by Helen Pederson, 2011 and was entered at the Queenstown Symposium.

Gillies at Dunedin in 2006. was an advances design class. Beautiful quilt.
this small wall hanging was bought by Annette at a "Made in South Africa" exhibition and is by Carolyn Zelenka.

and the last of the amazing art quilts we were shown is by Veronica and was a clematis workshop by Jane Rixon in 2014.
