March Show n Tell

This is called "Chilhowie" and is a Bonnie Hunter Mystery Quilt started in November 2022 and finished 2023 and was made by Frances Henderson.  She has made her mystery quilts for a couple of years now and Frances thinks this year she will wait for the finished quilt reveal and then decide if she wants to make it.

This wonderful quilt is called The Tea Party, designed by Wendy Williams and was made by Jenny Harris.  She made it as a block of the month through Cottage flair. I actually bought this kit a few years ago, must make an effort to start it.

A tuffet, not something you see very often, this was made by Gail Jory.

This quilt is called Scrappy windmills and was made by Yvonne Moore.  she started it in a Chris Jurds class at the Lower Hutt symposium.  She used a lot of her own stash and hopes to have it quilted so it can be shown at Tote n Gloat in Palmerston North this year.

This is a Christmas Tree in Sashiko and is by Carol Burgess and was bought at Annies in Ashburton last March.  It looked superb.

An Apothecary Bag, in vinyl and Linen fabric, the pattern is by Sincerely Jen and was made by Carol Burgess.

This is a mini Chilhowie Quilt and was Bonnie Hunters latest mystery and is by Carol Burgess.

This one is called "Smile for Mustard" and is by Annette Bourne and is the mini Bonnie Hunter quilt that she made with Carol.

Donna made these little projects from our newsletter, one is a mini stitch pattern and an apple coin pouch.

Annette made this cup mat, called spot of tea saucer  and was in our latest newsletter.

"Corner Star" work in progress by Karen Carrol and has one more border to add and it was made from her stash.

This bag was made by Rosie Neilson and was made out of hexagons she had made for another project.
